The term 'RECEIVERSHIP' is being retired from CRO on the 22nd of March

The term 'RECEIVERSHIP', in relation to a company's status, is being retired from CRO use on the 22nd of March.

Going forward when a receiver is appointed to some or all of the property of a company, the company's status will continue to read "NORMAL" on the CRO register but an additional status box will appear immediately below alerting you to the fact that a form E8 - Appointment of Receiver has been filed.

This amendment will also mean any companies who currently have a status of 'RECEIVERSHIP' will also revert back to a 'NORMAL' status, and the new note above will be appended to the company.
